CENTER MANAGER

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a retail Center Manager!

 

Applicants must be outgoing, friendly, personable and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic, customer service, and sales-oriented environment.

A Day in the Life: 

 

Guest Experience 

  • Ensures the center exceeds our guest’s expectations by delivering an inviting and memorable experience with every person that walks in the door. 

  • Creates customer intimacy with each transaction, building brand loyalty and creating a customer for life. 

  • Trains employees to establish trust and builds consumer confidence by becoming leaders in memberships and products. 

  • Ensures that all guest transactions are handled in a friendly and efficient manner leaving a positive lasting impression. 

 

Sales Leadership 

  • Produces results. Manages productive shifts to ensure locations meet and exceed sales goals.

  • Takes ownership and accountability for creating a positive work environment that increases productivity and reduces turnover. 

  • Communicates business goals and priorities to maximize employee performance, increase sales opportunities and profitability. 

  • Celebrates positive employee performance and partners with Franchisee to identify performance opportunities for ongoing feedback and development. 

  • Maintains presence through effective floor sales leadership ensuring staff coverage in all areas of the location. 

  • Analyzes business reports, creates/executes SMART action plans and provides insight to the Franchisee to leverage talent accordingly. 

 

Talent Management 

  • Routinely recruits, hire, trains and retains the most qualified candidates who reflect the brand and will deliver the desired results. 

  • Motivates and trains all employees through brand programs in sales, customer service and product knowledge. 

  • Understands and communicates the company's vision and core values to promote teamwork

  • Coaches employees to excel and build their skills using company assessment tools. 

  • Maintains an open door environment where employees are free to express their concerns and feelings without the fear of retaliation or ill will.

  • Motivates employees to take action to achieve sales goals and drive positive results daily. 

 

 Visual Management 

  • Coaches and directs employees on the implementation of visual marketing guidelines and ensures compliance with the company standards. 

  • Ensures location is neat, clean and organized, the lobby is filled to the correct capacity and that all products and marketing are represented as directed. 

  • Maintains all brand visual and cleanliness standards. 

 

Operational Management 

  • Ensures compliance with company standards 

  • Manages and adjusts schedules and daily tasks to meet business goals. 

  • Follows all safety standards to ensure a safe work environment.

  • Previous sales management experience of a successful team

  • Ability to achieve results through others

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs

  • Understands retail business and is able to utilize KPIs to drive positive business performance.

  • Ability to manage budget within guidelines based on center’s trend and projection.

  • Ability to problem solve and work through issues.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Proficient in Excel and Word
